How to raise a complaint

Try support first. Most issues — a delayed delivery, a sizing problem, a return — are resolved fastest by writing to thejewelrychoice@gmail.com or using our contact form. We reply within one business day.
If that doesn't resolve it, write to the Grievance Officer at the address above. Include your order number, what went wrong, and what you'd like us to do.
We acknowledge within 48 hours with a reference number you can quote.
We resolve within 30 days. If something genuinely can't be resolved, we'll tell you why in writing rather than letting it go quiet.

We'd rather fix it ourselves — but you should know the option exists, and we're not going to hide it.
