By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We price in two ways, and each product page says which applies to it.
Either way, the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay. Nothing is added afterwards, and we do not show an inflated figure struck through to make a discount look larger.
Prices include GST for delivery within India. For international orders, import duty and local taxes are payable by you on arrival and are not included in the amount charged here.
If a price is displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, we will contact you before dispatch and either honour the correct price with your agreement or cancel and refund in full. We do not silently ship at a different price to the one you accepted.
An order is confirmed only once payment is received and we send you a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, a pricing error occurred, or fraud is suspected.
Photographs are of the actual product where possible, but screen colour and scale can vary — a stone always looks larger on a screen than it does on a hand. Weights may differ by up to 3% from the listed weight because pieces are finished by hand; the invoice reflects the actual assayed weight, so you are never charged for metal you did not receive.
Our diamonds are laboratory-grown. This is stated on every product page, in the certification section, and on your invoice. A lab-grown diamond has the same chemical composition, crystal structure, hardness and optical properties as a mined diamond, and is identified as laboratory-grown by the certifying laboratory.
It is not a simulant such as cubic zirconia or moissanite. Where a piece is set with a simulant, the product page says so and we do not describe it as a diamond.
Lab-grown diamonds generally do not hold resale value in the way mined stones do. We state this plainly rather than leaving you to discover it later.
Gold pieces carry a BIS hallmark with a six-digit HUID that you can verify independently in the BIS registry. Purity is as stated on the product page and on the invoice.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement. Where this policy and your statutory rights differ, your statutory rights apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat. This does not prevent you bringing a complaint to a consumer forum in your own district, which the Consumer Protection Act permits.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
