By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Pricing

Prices are calculated live from the current metal rate, the weight of the piece, our making charge and applicable GST. Because metal rates move daily, the price shown may change between visits. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay.

If a price is displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Orders

An order is confirmed only once payment is received and we send you a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, a pricing error occurred, or fraud is suspected.

Product representation

Photographs are of the actual product where possible, but screen colour and scale can vary. Weights may differ by up to 3% from the listed weight due to the hand-finished nature of jewellery; the final invoice reflects the actual assayed weight.

Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, text and branding on this site belong to TheJewelryChoice and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
